REFUND POLICY

The MAXAMz warranty is intended for defective parts/products. If you are unsatisfied with your product, or if it is damaged or defective, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days. For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at: sales@maxamz.com, or call us at 760-717-1308.

If you plan to shipping back a returned item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and this will protect you in case it becomes lost in transit.

If you purchased our product(s) through a 3rd party Seller or Retailer, you will need to request a refund directly through that company with your order number so they may start the process. 

 SHIPPING DELIVERY

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped within 3 business days from time of purchase (unless there is an item is out of stock or on backorder). If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact the customer via email with an estimated delivery date. All orders are shipped USPS. A ONE-TIME courtesy replacement is offered for lost packages. We currently do not offer shipping outside the USA.
